UNION COUNTY, N.C. -- A Union County teacher was arrested after allegedly handing out vitamins to students. The Charlotte Observer reports that Stephen Doorly, who teaches at a Marvin Elementary, is accused of giving vitamins to third-grade students just before end-of-grade tests.
