Dear Dr. Donohue: According to TV, I am supposed to drink 24 ounces of milk to lose weight. And I am supposed to get 8 ounces of orange juice to provide 25 percent of some daily recommendations for vitamins and minerals. Will four 8-ounce glasses of orange juice give me all the vitamins and minerals I need each day? In my weight class, I was told to drink 64 ounces of water a day to lose weight. ...
